- 3 cups Onion, Chopped
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1 tablespoon Garlic, Chopped
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1 cup Sweet Pepper, Chopped
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1/2 cup Parsley, Dried
- 3 tablespoons Lea & Perrins
- 1 tablespoon Dry White Wine
- 1/2 tablespoon Mint, Dried
- 3 tablespoons Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Liquid Smoke
- 2 cups Ketchup
- 1/2 tablespoon Louisiana Hot Sauce
Place all ingredients in a pot that is big enough to hold them. Bring to a boil. Cook, covered, on low heat for several hours.
