  • Kir Royale Mold

  • Prep Time: 15 Minutes (Total Time: 5 Hours)
  • Serving Size: 12
  • 2 cups Boiling Water
  • 1 pkg. (8-serving size) JELL-O Brand Raspberry Flavor Gelatin
  • 1-1/2 cups Cold Club Soda, Seltzer Or Champagne
  • 2 tablespoons CrÈme De Cassis
  • 2 cups Raspberries
  • STIR boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 min. until completely dissolved. Refrigerate 15 min. Stir in club soda and liqueur. Refrigerate 30 min. or until slightly thickened (consistency of unbeaten egg whites). Gently stir in raspberries.

    POUR into 6-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray; cover.

    REFRIGERATE 4 hours or until firm. Unmold onto serving plate just before serving. Store leftover gelatin in refrigerator.

    Prepare as directed, using 1 pkg. (8-serving size) or 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Brand Lemon Flavor Gelatin.

    Jazz It Up

    Garnish with additional raspberries just before serving.
